Courtney Fernholz

About Me

My name is Courtney Fernholz. I live on my family's farm south of DeGraff. I am a junior at Kerkhoven-Murdock- Sunburg High School. At my school I am involved in a variety of activities. I am in the FFA and am currently serving as the President. I am in the band and participate in many of the events that they put on. I volunteer at my church and one of the other churches in my area as well as volunteering at a nursing home. I also work with my mom taking over my grandparents mowing business. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs I am eager to build my knowledge and skills in business to expand what has already been passed down to me. I wanted to join CEO to get a bigger look at the business world. Already having some experience in business through my family made me look forward to learning more and digging deeper into it through the CEO program. I want to step out of my comfort zone and explore new opportunities to further my knowledge in entrepreneurship. I am excited to work with these entrepreneurs and fellow students with many of my common interests throughout this program.
