🌟 A SWEET Day at Southern MN Beet Sugar Cooperative 🍬

The West Central CEO Program had the sweetest experience recently touring the Southern Minnesota Beet Sugar Cooperative in Renville, MN! Agriculture is the lifeblood of our region, and we were thrilled to get an inside scoop on how sugar beets go from the fields to the sweet success of high-quality sugar production.

Earlier this fall, we explored the piling stations and learned about the root of the process—growing and harvesting sugar beets. But today was extra special as we got to see the entire process up close: from the washing station to the transformation into those granular treasures we all know and love, ready for wholesale.
