Our West Central MN CEO program recently had an inspiring visit to Iverson Tree Farm in the beautiful Minnesota river valley, owned by Cody and Mel Nelson. Located between Granite Falls and Redwood Falls, Iverson Tree Farm has a rich history dating back to the 1970s, when the first trees were planted. Today, it’s known not only as a beloved Christmas tree destination but also for its thriving nursery division.
Cody and Mel shared the story of their journey since taking over the farm six years ago and gave us valuable insights on growth and innovation.
